Terms of service
Using Myo Rhythms.
These terms govern your use of the Myo Rhythms website, application, and Myo assistant. Myo Rhythms is operated by Dive In Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Read these terms together with the details presented when you purchase a membership.

Myo Rhythms is not medical advice in any way. Consult your physician or another qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing a nutrition, exercise, weight-management, recovery, or supplement routine. Myo does not replace professional care.
Your agreement
These terms are an agreement governing your use of Myo Rhythms. By accepting them when presented to you, or otherwise using the service where permitted by law, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Your use must also comply with applicable law. Our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explain information handling; acceptance of these terms is not consent to optional health-data uses.
Wellness guidance, not medical care
Myo provides general wellness education, planning, tracking, and suggestions for adults. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease or medical condition; prescribe medication or supplements; provide medical nutrition therapy; or establish a clinician–patient relationship. No conversation, plan, score, guide, reminder, or connected-device result is medical advice.
Consult your physician or qualified clinician about your individual circumstances, especially pregnancy or breastfeeding, an eating-disorder history, an injury, a chronic condition, medication use, or symptoms. Never start, stop, or change prescribed treatment because of Myo. Do not disregard or delay professional advice because of something the service says. Cycle information is not contraception, a fertility diagnosis, or a reliable way to determine pregnancy.
Myo is not monitored for emergencies and cannot contact emergency responders for you. If you think you may have a medical emergency, stop using the app and call 911 in the United States or your local emergency number. Seek professional help promptly for concerning symptoms.
Your account and household
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account. Provide accurate information, keep sign-in codes secure, and use your own account. Notify us about unauthorized use. Each adult’s personal health information belongs within their own account; membership payment does not authorize access to someone else’s private information.
You may enter another person’s information only with appropriate authority and permission. Parents and guardians may provide limited dependent meal-planning information. Do not use Myo as a child’s independent coach or weight-loss program. Household members can see shared meal, grocery, and cooking information, and the adults with the appropriate role may manage shared plans and membership.
Membership, renewal, and cancellation
Paid access is sold as the quarterly or annual household membership shown at checkout. Before you confirm payment, the purchase screen identifies the price, currency, taxes where applicable, billing frequency, included adults, and renewal terms. Only an authorized household billing manager may purchase or manage its subscription.
When you agree to a recurring subscription, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method at the stated interval until cancellation. Cancel future renewal through Membership and billing and the linked billing portal before your next renewal. If you cannot access the portal, contact Support for help. Cancellation ordinarily leaves access available until the end of the paid period shown in your account. Failed payment or an expired entitlement can restrict member features.
Any refund or credit terms must be disclosed before purchase. These terms do not limit a refund, cancellation, or other remedy required by law. Contact support about a billing error or refund request. We will notify you before a price change applies to a future renewal and provide any notice or consent required by law.
Deleting the app, disconnecting a wearable, leaving a household, or requesting personal data deletion is not a substitute for checking the household’s subscription status. Account deletion may transfer billing authority to an eligible remaining adult or require cancellation; it does not silently cancel another adult’s shared membership.
Complimentary access
Complimentary access is granted only through an authorized access code. Each grant lasts three calendar months; the exact expiry appears in your membership details. A code requires no payment card, does not automatically renew, and does not automatically become a paid subscription. After the grant expires, continued member access requires an active paid membership or a separately issued, valid code.
Codes have no cash value. Follow the redemption conditions supplied with the code; do not sell codes, misuse them, or bypass redemption limits. A code cannot override a household’s capacity or grant access to another person’s private data. Redeeming a code does not itself cancel any separate paid subscription already in place.
Review suggestions before acting
AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for you. Nutrition estimates and wearable measurements are imperfect. Connected-device data can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Myo cannot guarantee weight loss, muscle preservation, performance, health improvement, or any other result.
Use your judgment and qualified advice when deciding what to do. Check product labels, ingredients, allergens, cross-contact risks, storage, and cooking safety yourself. Allergy features reduce some risks but cannot guarantee a meal is safe. Stay within safe exercise limits and stop activity if you feel unwell. Supplement reminders record what you entered; they do not establish that a product or dose is safe or that you consumed it.
Your content and our service
You keep your rights in information and content you submit. You give us permission to process, store, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you request, subject to the privacy policies and your applicable choices. This permission does not authorize sale of health data or optional conversation capture without consent. Share only content you have the right to provide.
We and our licensors retain rights in the application, branding, and other service materials. We permit you to use the service for your personal and household use during authorized access. You may save and use your own plans and exported data. Do not sell or redistribute the application or our materials as a competing service without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not access another person’s account or data without authorization; impersonate anyone; submit unlawful content; harass others; introduce malicious code; disrupt or overload the service; probe or defeat security or membership controls; or use the service for unlawful activity. Do not scrape private information or exploit errors to obtain access. Report suspected security issues through support without including other people’s health information.
Availability and third-party services
Features may change, be interrupted, or depend on third-party availability. Wearable connections are optional. Your use of Stripe, WHOOP, Oura, and other external services is also subject to their applicable terms. We do not control their independent services or promise uninterrupted synchronization.
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, legal requirements, or unpaid or expired membership. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and how to seek help. We will not use suspension to deny privacy rights or other rights the law protects. If we discontinue a paid service, we will provide the notice and remedies required by law and the purchase terms.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or a particular result. You remain responsible for decisions you make using the service. These provisions do not excuse our obligations under applicable consumer, privacy, or safety law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by unauthorized third-party acts beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over any conflicting term.
Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these terms and will identify the updated date. Material changes will receive appropriate notice and will not retroactively remove rights for an existing dispute. If renewed acceptance is required, we will request it. You may stop using the service and cancel future renewal if you do not accept changed terms.
Please contact us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to pursue remedies in a court with jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful.
